George/PA, I don't like the sound of that "stress test with nuclear imaging." I very, very rarely even take prescription medications. The idea of something "nuclear" in or scanning me just doesn't appeal to me. Is this test necessary to get a diagnosis? Do they inject anything radioactive into the bloodstream, or do they just scan you? I had assumed that if I went to a cardiologist, he would just put me on a treadmill. I guess that if I did have an obstruction that it would be worth it, but I am really wary of it. Thanks!
