My first and only CPAP experience has been with the NA. I have been on CPAP one week as of tonite. I have had very little adjustment problems and have been sleeping well through the night (12 cm). Given everything I have read on this forum with people struggling to adjust I feel very fortunate. I have had no sore spots or leaks so far.

As for sinus problems-- I have gone from waking up with a sore throat and stuffy nose for the last several years to waking up with clear nasal passages and no soreness. I don't know if it is the NA that is responsible or my heated humidifier...I suspect the latter.

So, although I have no basis to compare the NA to other masks.... I am very happy so far.
