I'll make a note of that. I've scheduled a complete physical with my family doc and am going to get a more accurate blood pressure monitor than I have right now. The kind I have is the "self-taking D-ring" type that folds back around on itself. I am thinking that a nurse's type, the kind that wraps all the way around the arm without the metal D-ring and inflates up more, may be more accurate (I don't know, just my layman's opinion). I am also going to visit my doc's office so one of the nurses can show me how to take it properly. I may just be scaring myself, but I will make a note to ask for an echocardiogram from a cardiologist just to be on the safe side, since heart problems have run in my family. Thanks, Dreamer.
