Read the articles attached to this site and you will see that OSA is nothing to mess around with.
I am also a servicemember which makes it even more imperative to get treament. I took my cpap machine when I was deployed to Kosovo in 99. What will the military do if they find out you have OSA? As far as I know, they dont have a policy on that yet, so you are probably ok career wise. In my opinion, they will eventually will figure out how dangerous moderate to severe apnea can be and it will become an issue.
