I think it is serious. I was diagnosed late in life and have a CPAP. It has affected my heart and emotional state. The affects of stress from lack of adequate sleep to the mind and heart are varied. I have had by-pass surgery and take Zoloft.
The lack of adequate oxygen over the years has contributed to undetermined stress on different parts of my body.
I believe OSA is quite damaging to your system over time.
I'd suggest taking ACTION!!!!
