I don't know about the Army, Air Force, or Marines, but I know the Navy will let you take a CPAP onboard their big ships if the CO gives you the endorsement, I also heard alot of CO's are not allowing it and was told at the sleep clinic to find a ship where the CO will let you bring one onboard. I am in the Coast Guard and our ships are very small that take heavy rolls in small seas and isn't really compatible with CPAP usage, but the service will let you stay in if your apnea is correctable by a CPAP or surgical means.
