I am not "recommending" this brand. It is the only one I found that is dual voltage. You could get one for Europe only.

As far as 50 cycles goes, contact the manufacturer, they'll know. If it must be 60, you may be able to get a transformer that will step up the cycles as well as step down the voltage.

Also, verify that your Bi-PAP is dual voltage. Make sure that you take spare fuses if applicable. On some models, you'll have to change the fuse and/or flip a switch for the change in voltage.
