Breeze head gear

i have just gotten a breeze with small pillows.it doesnt feel like it cradles my head well enough.i mean it sits on top and doesnt come down very far.i fear it is going to come off. also my nose feels so cold inside now. i also feel like the pillows are stretching my nose and its uncomfortable..any advice?
