I'm not on CPAP anymore, but I do know how you feel. I went through it for so long...I finally did get used to the sound, and feel of the mask (mouth breathing prevented me from continuing) There were so many nights that I would take that mask off, and toss it as far as it would go (to the end of the connection)LOLOL Just give it as much time as you need to, you'll eventually adjust:-)
