This can be a serious condition. Remember your priorities, Your self, family and then country. Your self is first because without you your family cannot survive, next is your family. You do not need to go beyond this to make decisions based on your personal health. The reason to sacrifice yourself is to save your FAMILY. Given that treatment is available for this condition. get the best care possible, saving your family. Others in better condition than you can help your country, consequently your family survive.

Do it the best way for you and your family and the whole country will take care of itself.
