I think every one has gone through what you are experiencing with their first time with cpap. I know that it took me almost 4 months trying different masks, setting up my cpap for best location and knowing what is too work for the way I sleep. Nobody told me at the sleepcenter any information, they just gave me a mask that didn't work and ordered a cpap for me. It wasn't till I found this forum that I finally found out what work for me and how it was needed to be set up. Check out this site and see that other people had the same problems that you are experiencing and what work for them. I now can not sleep without my cpap. So check it out and don't give up yet!
