Hi Doug :-) I did try one...the Mirage sigh The air was so cold on my face...even though I had it up to 9 (the humidifier)and had it up in the air (was told that might warm if further)Plus, my mouth would fill with air and balloon out, waking me up. I'm having UPPP and GA on Wednesday in a desperate attempt to improve things. If this doesn't work, then the jaw advancement I guess is next. Also, the dental appliance I was using, might work along with this surgery....
