It's not unusual to pull a mask off, and that doesn't mean it is not too tight. In fact, it may mean the opposite -- it may be tight enough to be uncomfortable and you wake up enough to take it off.

Some masks require less pressure than others to seal. The Ultra mirage takes very little pressue; others take more. I would suggest you try losening the mask you have until it begins to leak. Also, some masks have an adjustment on the forehead that will allow you to reduce pressure on your nose.
