The BREAS HA 50 heated humidifier is also compatible with international voltage. The CPAP man is selling it.

Since my CPAP - which has a built-in humidifier - has an international power supply, I needed only an adapter. The adapter was needes ONLY because the socket shape is different than the one at home.

By the way, bring an extension cord, and a "tap." There may only be one socket and/or it might be some distance from the bed. Also, you may want to bring a reverse adapter to plug in a displaced lamp.
