I kept knocking my mask and causing leaks - especially as I always end up sleeping on my side (and I think I'm a pretty restless sleeper).

But I recently changed to nasal pillows and as well as getting a really good seal in the nostrils I find it really comfortable and stable when sleeping on my side. Does your hospital provide headgear for nasal pillows?
