When I got my breeze, it felt the same way. I just knew that it was going to fall off. Part of it was learning how to adjust it properly and part of it was just getting used to how it felt. I can say that I have never had the breeze fall off my head. There have been a couple of people who posted instructions for adjusting the breeze on past forums. One of the best and simplest sets of instructions was posted by Cue Miller somewhere around forum 68 (I think).

As for feeling like it is stretching your nose, using the pillows does inflate your nose since the air pressure inside your nose is greater than the air pressure outside your nose. For me, it helps substantially in opening up my air passages so that cpap works better.

Sometimes it take a little while to adjust to using cpap. Just keep on hanging in there and trying.
