Thanks for the tip about the vinigar - I wil try that. The hospital don't provide anything other than the ultra-mirage headgear and mask (mine is the shallow). I have read a lot in favour of nasal pillows and wouldnt mind trying them but dont you need a prescription to order them? The hospital dont give me a prescription they just give me the mask etc
