The Respironics H2is 110-240v 50-60hz. My only problem now is getting my DME to get it here in time as we leave on Monday for Europe. The Respironics sales rep has rried to tell het that the H2 won't work with a Respironics BiPap Pro. I called tech support and they said no problem. All of this is delaying the delivery of the correct humidifier. A tranformer is out of the question.A non-universal humidifier requires a minimumn 300W
transformer which is very expensive and quite large. Just won't work with all the luggage we have to take for a month in Europe.
