Thanks Doug. I require a Bi-Pap however and there are NO Bi-pap's with built in humidifiers. All seems to be resolved however as my DME has found a Respironics H2 humidifier which has universal voltage. Still very hard to believe that this is the only one made (other than the BREAS).
