Look into a dental appliance like I did. It positions the jaw in a forward position to keep your airway open. You may or may not be a good candidate for it. Your doctor should be able to advise you on that (as well as interpret the results of your test).

I've only had mine one night, but it was easy to get accustomed to. I'm waiting a bit before I write up my experience with it.
