The sleep test results are complicated, and I wouldn't even begin to know how to interpret one (that comment was to the original post)*smile* Are you going to have a sleep test with the dental appliance in? I had one, and couldn't tell much of a difference...which was pretty much accurate - the sleep test showed only a 1/3% improvement. This works better with milder cases, I think...mine is severe...I will be interested to hear your experiences with it :-)
