my father and i both are cpap patients and have full beards and mustaches.dad uses the comfort deluxe mask with no problems.i had that mask as well but recently switched to the simplcity mask.the only problems from ethier was wakeing up with our mustaches badly mussed.getting it to seal was not a big deal.
