Very careful control over this one (only one pharmacy in the country will carry it) and it took 8 years just to get it approved for the treatment of capaplexy in narcoleptics. Not approved to treat sleepiness in narcoleptics yet. So if you don't have cataplexy you can't get it even if you are a true narcoleptic.

You got a long time coming if you are thinking about getting a script for this one to help with sleepiness and sleep apnea.
