Hi lauralee...and I hope your test goes smoothly for you! I know this is easier said than done, but try to relax...try not to worry about the time slept-I was so worried that I wouldn't be able to sleep during my first one, that I think it made it much more difficult to sleep. I only got 4 hours of sleep that night, but it was sill enough to have good data. I was also told to sleep on my back..I can't go to sleep unless I'm on my tummy with one leg pulled up, or on my side...so it took a while to fall asleep - I finally rolled over, then I went right to sleep *smile* take care...
