Waking up sleepy

Posted by SDNick on July 19, 2002 at 05:57:31:

I have been on CPAP for a number of years with great results. But over the last month I have been waking up extremely groggy. Almost like I was before CPAP. My wife argues that I am not getting enough sleep (6 hours / night), but that has not changed that much over the past month. Also, and I think she has a point, I have not been to the Sleep Dr. since I was put on CPAP five years ago and perhaps my pressure needs has changed.

My CPAP is 3+ years old, do I need to have it checked out to see if the pressure is still correct?

I think I answered my own questions, but do you have any other ideas as why this might be happening to me?

Thanks,

SDNick
