My husband has obstructed sleep apnea and uses a CPAP. He also has narcolepsy. He has wet the bed on a couple of ocassions. Like you, it seemed to happen during active REM.

It hasn't happened often enough that we've developed any solutions; but I thought you might like to know you're not alone.
