I have a follow-up in two weeks. Doctor mentioned Bi-Pap as the next step. He says it might help with exhaling (I don't know that I have a problem with that) but the downside is that it will allow airway to collapse when the positive pressure drops. BTW, I took Trazedone last night for the first time. Today I feel like I got some sleep. I don't know if the meds have anything to do with it, how long it takes for them to "kick in"...or if I just got lucky.
