You are definitely not alone. Although I've always managed to wake up to urinate, pre-CPAP I had unbelievably vivid dreams about urinating. These dreams were VIVID! Since I've started CPAP, I find I do wake up for at least one nightly trip to the toilet, but those trips are no longer associated with the dreams.
