You don't need your oxygen saturation to dip below 90 to have OSA. Mine only went below 90 for a few minutes the whole night. The fact that you wake up is probably the reason for the levels to stay high. By the way, I have moderate apnea with an AHI of 32. Sometimes sleep techs give partial information. Mine was not allowed to tell me how many events I had, but she did let me know that I would probably be called back for a titration. She did tell me that I was able to keep my oxygen level at an OK level.
