I don't think I have sleep apnea now, only becuase I don't feel tired all day.

The first time I took the sleep study, the guy told me I didn't have anything. The 2nd time I came in, he said I had mild apnea.

But then, a few days after that, I no longer felt tired all day. I think it was because I lost weight. But then-- over the winter it started up agian and only recently went away (after I went to bed later).

I tihkn what i"ll just do is hold on to the sleep reports, and if I start to feel tired all the time, I'll go in for the dental appliance.
