Waking up dizzy could very well be from your oxygen dipping. Eating at nighttime can cause an upset stomach because when we are asleep, our digestive system slows down considerably. If there is food there, it will sit undigested, and spoil. Not only will this make you feel ill, it's bad for you because spolied food releases toxins. A small snack an hour before bed is o.k.
