I'd caution you about just using lack of tiredness as an indication that all is fine. Some of us can tesify that they didn't feel tired until after using the CPAP, because they were actually in such a fog until then, that they coudln't tell. Also, there are other sleep disorders that the test could be pointing to, that you wouldn't know about unless you had talked to the doctor about your results.
