NOT TRUE! Or, rather, only some of the older autopaps did not work with heated humidifier. I had to work with my DME on this as well. Run a search on previous forums on autopaps and heated humidifier and you should be able to collect the info you need. You might want to hold out early on for a good autopap with software that will permit you to trouble shoot. The Autoset T for example has a heated humidifier that goes with it, designed by the same company, and has software that you can use to print out your nightly results to show your sleep doctor. Ask your sleep doc to prescribe for you what you need very specifically.
