I paid - or rather my insurance paid - $2400 for a 23-hour test, and $1500 for a 12-hour test. They paid about $1500 for the F&P HC-201 CPAP (including mask and built-in heated humidifier).

The CPAP/humidifier could have been had for $700, and the mask for another $125. The current model (F&P HC-221) goes for $600 or so.
