Do you mean that you can't get an Auto-PAP with a built-in heated humidifier, or do you mean that you cannot use an Auto-PAP with an add-on heated humidifer?

Note that only the Breas add-on heated humidiifer is fully compatible with U.S. AND European voltage (which pretty much covers every country in the world). All the built-in's are fully compatible, too.
