AutoAdjust LT question

Hi all,

I have found a reseller of AutoAdjust LT, in case I can't get it as DME. That has increased my interest in the machine.

I know that the machine counts hypopnea events, and that you can change the definitions of apneas and hypopneas though the software.

But one thing is a bit confusing about the info around. Some users say that it only counts hypopneas but don't respond to them and others that changing the definition of hypopneas has decreased the hypopnea events.

So, the question is: how is it possible to decrease hypopneas by changing a definition that the machine only
