An answer to one question ofter leads to an other.

I thought airflow limitations ("hypopneas") will typically precede apneas. If you can prevent at least some of the more serious hypopneas why would it increase apneas?

An other question is, how does AutoAdjust LT detect centrals (or mixed as you call it)? Or what is a central from the machines point of view?
