New Nasal-Aire

Can someone tell me when the new version of the Nasal-Aire is coming out? The tubing on mine is so short that it is kinking and closing off my air supply somewhat. I am not sleeping as well because of this. If they correct this and add the swivel, it will be a great device! Does anyone have the new one yet? If so, how does it perform as compared to the first one?
