This can't be good

I woke up this morning sweating like I used to before CPAP. The AC was on and it was only 70 degrees in the house. My heart was beating wildly also. What could cause these symptoms? I am at 9 pressure, use a humidifier and an Ultra Mirage mask. I have been on CPAP since April 1.
