It may take a while to start feeling "normal". You may have some sleep debt to pay off. Some of it is making up for lost sleep, but I also think there is a bit of recovery going on in systems that have been damaged with untreated apnea (just like when you are ill, you sleep longer). But it sounds like you are on track. Do a search on "sleep debt" in the forums and you will find out how common it is to continue to feel sleepy when starting CPAP.
