Yor pressure needs may have changed. They are NOT constant like many would like to beleive. Typically they will vary as much as 4 or 5 cm of water with changes in weather.

Talk to your sleep doc and ask for an autopap. I personally would recommend the autoset t. Otherwise you will have to find out the hard way what your highest pressure is, an then live with it all the time.
