How long have you been using the Breeze? I sleep on my back almost constantly and have used the Breeze for about a year now. I agree that the headgear can pull on the nose, but as part of my getting used to using the Breeze I had to teach myself how to shift my head to completely releave the pressure on my nose. It only takes a short time to learn this. Start each night by laying on your back while wearing the Breeze. Gently move your head around (especially up and down) and feel how it changes the fit of the pillows and the pressure against your nose. As you relieve the pressure, you will feel the pillows inflate and gently fit to your nares. This is the fit you are looking for. You will quickly learn to do this without waking up.
