It could be a number of things, but what I would look for first are two things. First, like others have suggested, look for possible mask leaks. Second, unless you are using a full face mask, consider that you may be mouth breathing (even if you are using a chin strap). These are probably the two most common problems with using cpap and either of them will render cpap totally ineffective in treating your apnea. When this happens, you begin to get all the old symptoms back again. If you can definately rule these out, then talk with your doctor about increasing your pressure. If this doesn't help, you may need a new titration to redetermine the pressure you need and to look for other possible problems that may have developed.
