You might want to try the Whisper swivle elbow or whatever they call it. It vents down the hose and is much quieter than the one that vents off the elbow. Look on an auction site where you sometimes see them or on the sleep mall. I had one from my original Profile a couple years ago and just keep moving it to new ones.
