wondering if I have apnea

Just wondering if I have it. Im 20 Normal weight, but I suffer from depression, hardly ever sleep at night, when I do sleep I wake up with headaches sometimes very painfull, im always sleepy during the day and fall asleep alot but only during the day even if Ive got sleep in the night. Sometimes I also drift off and dream when im half awake then I know im awake only I feel paralyzed and cant open my eyes. I wake up almost everyday with a dry throat and desperatly need a drink and even if Ive slept for only an hour I find Ive been sweating alot. But hey maybe im just being paranoid what does anybody else think? Sorry if it dont make much sense its 6am :/
