I have had OSA for 30 years and just was diagnosed last month and have been on Cpap for a month and 9 days now...What a diference it has made in my life...
I have been on and off so many differnet antidepressents in the last 5 years I can not remember them all...The only one that helped was Wellbutrin SR at a high dosage..it gave me energy and helped keep me AWAKE...but after extended use it quite working...
They will tell you that antidepressents are not addictive...but you build up a dependance on them..pill-hopping is no fun and can leave you in a terrible emotional mess...
I am off ALL antidepressents now since I started the Cpap and seldom have the panic attacks...husband is very sick so still suffer from saddness and fright-but that is human...
It may soud unbeleivable but it seems like I can deal with life now and have the ability to go to bed and sleep...and breath....
My OSA was causing the depression...I truly believe...
Blessings...eyes-sleepy
