I have had two sleep studies done at Harborview's Sleep Center. My doctor is Dr. Vishesh Kapur, and he is terrific. The first sleep study was a split study, where part way through the night they knew I needed CPAP and put me on it and titrated me in that one visit. Some people do it in two visits. I don't see how they can tell you what pressure you require without titration. My experience with Harborview's sleep center has been very positive for the most part. The technician makes a difference of course. The first one was excellent and the second one didn't have much experience. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. He spends as much time with you as you need, and when I was having difficulties he talked to me on the phone whenever I needed. It does take awhile to get into the clinic as they are quite busy.
