Thanks for all the good advice. I think that I might need the large nasal pillows. I was able to sleep must of last night with the adams circuit. I think that the pillows were not positioned correctly and I angled the opening differently into my nose. Which cut done on alot of the air noise(I dno't think they are sealing on the top part of my nare.). The only problem that I had this morning was that I woke up very nasal congested. I'm on my way this afternoon to get a heated humidafior, hoping this will help me. I'm not givng up on the nasal pillows. They are to comfortable, since I sleep on my side the majority of the night.
