Funny thing is that the Profile Lite used to have the "down the tupe" venting and changed TO the stupid blow hole! I like the mask and found that I could use my old exhaust with the new mask by carefully removing the round plastic "C" clip inside the mask that holds the right angle piece with the blow hole in it on. I then replace it with my old right angle piece with the other (older but better) venting. The stupid blowhole would blow right in my poor wife's face!
