As someone who also had an unsuccessful UPPP, I would suggest seeing a nonENT sleep specialist. As you read here, you will note others who feel that surgeons usually come up with surgical solutions. If they can remove enough stuff or drill a big enough hole, they figure they have done their job. There are some who have had successful surgeries, but the odds are against it.
